I shipped a package overnight, paid the extra money to have delivered the next day. It was not and they refused to file a claim and put a stipulation that I could not file a claim with UPS direct. They gave me the run around about the manager (Beverly) not being available or at the other location (Haygood). But she is never there either. They stopped answering the phone and the inside workers are very unhelpful or willing to help. Absolute worst decision to mail anything through them. If its an important item to you or the person you're shipping to...you better think twice and then go to FEDEX or USPS. I wish I could give a half star. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service.

It's super easy to pop in and return an Amazon item. There is a self-serve area where you scan and drop off. Staff were nice and professional. Store clean and welcoming. Thanks again!

This is the second time I have come to this location and they are closed early/closed. They were closed due to weather conditions. Yes, we are suppose to get a big snowstorm, but it hasn’t started snowing yet and isn’t supposed to snow till midnight. So I’m not really sure on what conditions made them close early, especially when they were suppose to close today at five. This is really frustrating and a waste of people’s time.

This is the 2nd time I've tried to return something to this location at 0830 when not only Google but the UPS website displays their opening time at 0830. I tried today and yesterday and they were not open until after 0930. What the hell? Why is management not getting this under control? This is a running trend with this location so obviously, there is a huge problem. I will not utilize UPS anymore because this is beyond ridiculous. The business doesn't seem to care about the lack of professionalism with this location or the employees who also don't seem to care.

Twice now I have come 30 minutes to an hour after they are supposed to be open and they are closed. Aside from that, people are friendly and helpful.
