This has been, by far, the worst UPS experience I’ve ever had. They overcharge for everything, speak to customers disrespectfully, and are incredibly rude. I came in today to return an item and was told I had to purchase a box for almost $6. On top of that, they added unnecessary charges for simply handling the box, putting tape on it, and “labor,” which added nearly $16 to the total. When I called to understand these charges, I was met with even more disrespect. The staff at this location is unacceptable, and UPS needs to address it. The negative reviews about this store are absolutely accurate. Terrible hiring and terrible customer service.

I came in 3 days before Christmas to ship a couple packages and the line was very long which concerned me about the time factor because who wants to wait in line to ship a package? The line moved along very fast and what I anticipated as a 20-30 min wait was only about 5. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and everything I needed to know was explained to me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and that included the wait. Excellent experience overall. Thank you UPS Team!

This is the absolute worst UPS in VB. Only the manager is polite and respectful. Always a line for Amazon returns while I come ready and packed, just need a scan, but need to wait. While everyone else comes in wanting UPS to package for them. Also the boys that work there are rude and just stare at you when I the customer says “hello” Who are these people

Be advised make sure you ask for your amazon receipt, guess any receipt for that matter. The item I returned never was processed therefore I had to "eat" the cost. Trying to save the planet backfired on me....

I went here the other day and everyone was fabulous! I made a few mistakes and had to go back in a few times, and no one cared and were all still super friendly. They also had some great music playing when I was in there!
