After trying the landstown center UPS I came here and it was a completely different experience! Carlos was very helpful, kind and considerate even though the huge area rug I needed to return was heavy! He unloaded it with a smile and went above and beyond to be courteous, kind and his customer service was 10 stars! Will never go to landstown UPS store again, this will be the only one from here on out!! Thank you, Carlos for your outstanding customer service and every one on staff there had a friendly smile!

Went in super early on a Sunday to print something as this was the only place open and the service was amazing. Maurice was super kind and efficient when I only had a few minutes to print something. It really turned my stressful morning around.

Came to this location to have something printed and notarized. All the gentlemen working this Saturday was on point with customer service! Every single employee was pleasant, to me and other customers being waited on. I was so shocked at how nice EVERYONE was, I even complimented on it while I was there. Bravo to all the gentlemen working 10/18/2025. This type of customer service is rare and should be applauded...I will recommend this ups location for all your shipping, printing, and notarizing needs!

Today, a staff member at the UPS Store helped me return items to 2 mail order companies. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He was patient, very friendly, and beyond helpful. He took the time to help me find the simplest way to complete my returns in a very personable manner. I greatly appreciated this attentive customer service that I rarely see these days.
