I like UPS I am one of the last stops on their route so when I have things better coming a refrigerated sometimes be dry ice has completely melted and a couple of things have come to me unacceptable and destroyed. My driver has been my regular driver for at least 25 years very friendly people the only thing that upsets me terribly considering I am hard of hearing and handicap I use a walker I cannot hear when he is delivering at my front door my regular driver will wait for me to come to the door if it is a substitute driver they simply leave the package at the front door and they do not ring the bell I have a real hard time with that. I have already had packages sitting outside for hours at end simply because some of their drivers were too damn lazy to ring a doorbell I have ring doorbell which video tapes them and I have forward those pictures to corporate headquarters they take a picture of packages being delivered at the front door to cover their butts but they do not ring the doorbell of the client letting them know their package is there. I am signed up for tracing my packages however I don't check my phone messages sometimes till later in the evening and short enough it is sitting out there for hours. UPS supervisors need to really buckle down on their drivers for this problem it's just not right that things spoil and the dead of Summer in Virginia temperatures rise to 100° this is an easy problem to be solved. FedEx is just as guilty I have reported both. Ring the damn doorbell.

This is listed as a UPS store, but it is not. It is a small shop called mail depot. It is next to the Petsmart and Sam’s Club. It was busy when I was there, and as another reviewer said, they do not take Amazon QR codes for returns.

Does not do ups returns if you don't have label. qr codes are useless here print or won't ship

Drop off for UPS was easy and quick.
