Weird activist store. I just wanted to ship packages but they have a giant ICE OUT poster. Its literally bigger than any signage in the store. Didnt expect this from UPS. Next time I’ll use FedEx.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I have shipped cross state electronics multiple times from here and they always help me walk through the pricing options without rushing me. They have also helped me pack the electronics which arrived in top condition at the destination!

The people working there are efficient and friendly. I didn’t even realize this strip mall existed, but it is very hard to get in and out of traffic wise.

The people who work there are always extremely kind (both to myself and my dog whose favorite store is UPS!), knowledgeable, and efficient. They've helped me with everything from sending holiday gifts and making returns to getting things notarized.

They were really friendly &helpful. I’m disabled and they offered to help me carry my purchases to my car. I have no cartilage in my right hip so I use a cane and I have four fingers on my left hand amputated so I’m very limited. It was a really nice gesture. No other establishments offer that kind of service. So it was nice. They even gave my dog a treat that he actually ate. He’s a shy eater and usually never takes treats from people I have to give it to him later on in the car or at home so that says a lot about the service and the lady that helped me.
