I'm guessing about three or four years ago, ownership changed and as a long time "box" customer, I was very concerned. However, my worries were for naught. The new owner, Raj, has done a great job providing the exemplary services the UPS Store is known for. His staff is excellent; all the folks working here are efficient, service oriented and take pride in doing things the right way. They anticipate needs when you come into the store and often times have packages or mail waiting for us. Compared to other UPS stores I have frequented, especially in Los Angeles, CA, this place is night and day above the rest. This store should be used as an example for new UPS store owners to strive to. Rest assured, should you decide to do business at this UPS Store, you will not be disappointed.

The overall experience at the store was very good. The staff was helpful and respectful, and everything was handled in a quick and professional way. The store itself was neat and easy to navigate, which made the visit smooth. I didn’t face any issues, and the process was simple from start to finish. I would definitely consider coming back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been coming to this UPS Store for years and it never disappoints. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your package is handled correctly. I came in during the holiday rush with an awkward-shaped item I had no idea how to ship, and they took care of everything — packaging, labeling, and finding me the best rate. What could have been a stressful errand turned into a five-minute stop. Clean store, short wait times, and people who actually seem happy to help. This is my go-to for all things shipping and printing. Highly recommend!

Rosie & the whole team are great! I was informed about business cards, flyers, banners and many other services for my business when coming in for faxing. I Will always come back here to this location for any printing needs!

A year ago this location was reliable. In the last 5 months I’ve had 2 packages go missing, where the recipient says they never received the package. Manager tells me that the recipient is who I should be contacting and tries to tell me that UPS has done their part. Not if the package is missing! 🤬 Beyond frustrated.
