I dropped a package off at this store at 2:00 in the afternoon December 15th, and it arrived the next morning to Eau Claire. I was amazed that at this time of year that was possible! The young man who helped me was polite and efficient. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience at the UPS Store in Shorewood. The staff here are incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful, whether I’m shipping a package,, or just figuring out the best option for my needs, they walk me through everything without making me feel rushed. It’s the kind of customer service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend this location!

I go to this UPS location for returns and to drop off U.S. Mail (they now have a mailbox inside) and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The process for returns is easy and usually quick. My only complaint would be the parking lot isn't that big but I can appreciate there is a parking lot and I haven't had a problem getting a space when I need one.

Simply outstanding customer service! Henri, Brian, and Michael made it possible for me to organize a shipment to a third party, including custom packaging, from 2,000 miles away. Without their professionalism and customer forward attitude this would not have been possible. Sincere thanks!

Tiny super helpful ups store. I usually only go to this one if I need ups stuff done even if I have to drive across town. Never had issues here.
