I appreciate the quick service. The UPS representatives are always nice as well as helpful. I recently needed to return a sink (in its original large box) to its company store. I had been in contact with the company twice and no one ever mentioned pre-paid return labels. I was returning it after its 30 day return window so I figured I had to pay the shipping. The cost was quite high for this large box. Jordan the UPS rep, suggested calling them one more time to ask the company for a pre-paid label or at least to pay half the return cost. I called for the third time and did inquire about the pre-paid shipping label and sure enough the company paid the entire amount. So thank you, Jordan for being so helpful and saving me quite a lot of money. I appreciate your willingness to help as well as your kind attitude.

This is my neighborhood UPS store that I frequent, usually for returns. The staff are so friendly and helpful - each one of them, not a curmudgeon amongst them. Even if there is a line, it usually moves fast. I've also never had any issues with any of my packages going through here.

Big city store, small town service. When you walk in and you're greeted with a smile & a welcoming comment you know you're in the right place. They greet their regulars by name all while working efficiently. Joe got me in and out of the store in no time flat. Great experience!!

I gotta say, the attitude of the staff at this location is great- every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and the sense that they really care about taking care of me and my business. Jordan, Joe, and Adam really stand out! I know there is a woman who also works there, but I don’t k is her name- she is great also! Thanks UPS team!
