Y S 3 years agoWorst ups access point ever.. My package is missing and they state they send it back now Im with ups representative the representative ask her (Guzman) how do you send the package back but confirmed 3 hours and a half later that the package is there. And she was like oh Idk because I'm on a second shift. While waiting for representative to call driver and send email to their team she started talking to another person secretly. Mind you before they knew my number they was picking up but then after delivered package they didn't pick up my phone calls sending me straight to voicemail. Well Ups will take the services from them.
