We called ahead and Tymber helped us right from the start. She was so kind, patient, and truly focused on helping us. Her customer service was outstanding and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. She honestly deserves a raise. From start to finish, both Tymber and Malachi were incredibly patient with us and made everything easy. We had already gone to several places in the area trying to ship packages back home since we are from out of state, and no one else took the time or showed the level of care that they did. They both stayed positive, helpful, and professional the entire time. Because of them, what had been a frustrating experience turned into a really great one. Their manager should be very proud of the team at this location. Tymber and Malachi went above and beyond and it truly stood out. We cannot say enough good things about the people working here. Thank you both for such amazing service.

Needed a quick notary today. While at the government office we call them said they were available. Drove over 5 minutes later. The person who needed to do it left the office went to lunch. We waited a half an hour, went back in and she decided she was going to be another 20 minutes late. We had to go to another facility and get the signatures. Very poor service

This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been. The staff ( Lauren and another lady) were very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to them for their help and assistance!

Always a great experience at this UPS Store, especially when Jeanne is working! She is incredibly personable, kind, and efficient, and truly knows her stuff. Jeanne takes the time to give thoughtful recommendations and explains everything clearly, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service consistently goes above and beyond. My go-to spot for all my shipping/printing needs!

They lost almost all my clothes that got shipped there. They claimed the packages were returned, but couldn't produce a shred of paperwork to back it up. Blamed it on a rogue ex-employee "who no longer worked there." All the eBay sellers are saying UPS is lying to me. It's been a month and still no follow-up! Now I am out $200+. So, hey, thanks!
