Went in to get a passport photo and had the friendliest and kindest service. Even though it was busy we never felt rushed. Didn’t know they had so many options available. Definitely will be using the UPS store more often.

This UPS store had one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The employee scanned my return equipment and gave me a receipt that was almost illegible. When I asked him about getting me a receipt that was fully legible, he told me that the printer was unable to do that. AT&T told me that they never received my equipment and I got charged a $150 non return fee for the equipment. The employee also just threw the equipment in a box and told me to take a picture for confirmation. Do NOT come to this location if you want your stuff to actually get sent out.

Andrew made a return I had selected the wrong process for a breeze, easily the best interaction I’ve had with the UPS and I work at an access point so that’s extremely high praise. Andrew was happy to help, quick, and knowledgeable.

To say I’m not tech savvy isn’t an overstatement… I had so many QR codes that I was trying to keep straight and I was overwhelmed. Andrew had such a clear head and so much patience and even showed me some things my phone could do. I find myself waiting for him to be free To help me because his patience is nice!
