Ken Kulow 2 months agoAs long as you don't have a parcel over 1 lb or 12x12x12 in size, sure, you can drop that off. Anything more and they refuse it. I'm giving this two stars because the size and weight restrictions are not noted on their ups acceptance statement.

Andrea A 5 years agoThis is a place for Amazon return drop-off. You want to stand in the main register line up front so drop off is pretty quick. Your package needs to be sealed and with the printed return label attached, so if you don't have a printer then you're better off going to an actual UPS store.
