I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now to ship my shoes and other apparel. Great owner who provides great staff and fast and speedy service with a smile always on their face. Thank you UPS for bringing here a servicing the community!!!!

The staff is incredible: All were friendly, helpful and kind. The person with the angelic red hair was nice and complimented the red streak in my beard. The package I had to ship was extremely large and I was anxious about it. The staff was very calm which helped me calm down. Excellent experience!

Came into this UPS store yesterday asking for 10 copies, black and white, front and back. The woman employee who was helping me handed me about 4-5 single-sided copies instead. When I pointed this out, I was told “well, you should have told me that,” despite having said it when I walked in and explained the order. The order was corrected with help from another employee, but the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive.

Just spent a few minutes returning a large amount of Amazon items and had the best, most professional experience. The gentleman running this busy location was super professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer after customer he helped everyone and answered tons of questions. The line moved quickly and he was the only one working the front desk. Great job. Thank you, Doug!!! Wow!
