Every experience has been generally pleasant but today Anna and her lies was really an issue for me. She fathered no information inflated the rates and didn’t even ask the type of package I wanted to ship. $68.00 for next day didn’t ask me for an estimate or if I already had one but told me I also couldn’t ship certified and stated that I needed to go to the local post office!!!! Supposed Owner Matt Bryant your employees need to do better and it really needs to be observed why everyone wouldn’t have the same experience or why a particular individual wouldn’t want to assist Thank you UPS on 16th st and Glendale for sending Certified!

I recently obtained one of UPS's mailboxes. At first, I thought the cost was expensive. But it was something I needed. The level of service I've received by The UPS Store staff has been above all of my expectations! The only name I can remember right now is Isaac. But there's another gentleman and a young woman who also provide outstanding service. I feel valued. Whomever does the hiring, they are doing it right. Thank you for making picking up my mail a happy event. Isaac always greets me with a smile and asks if there's anything else I need.

I walked in this morning and Issac greeted me. He was very helpful. He explained how I was going to be charged in the different ways. I could return the product as I’ve had a hard time with the company I was dealing with and he helped me where two days ago no three days ago I went into one on seventh Street and Thunderbird and I was turned down that it wasn’t gonna work and I needed to get this that the other thing to Return it and Issac said no he would do it and he did do it and I appreciated it. He was very helpful and a very good employee. I believe if I had a business, he’d be a guy that I’d like to hire.

This store is under new ownership as of this year and I was told that they would be honoring the $500 of pre-paid color copy cards I had purchased from the previous owner. I tried to have color copies printed for the past month and every time I called i was told their copier was not working. I called this morning and the associate told me they are no longer honoring the copy cards unless they are used and not new because a previous manager had been giving them out. I have purchased thousands of copies from the store over the years as I am a local Realtor, when I asked to speak with Manager, she said i would I would have to come in on monday. I then asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give that to me. I been in customer service my whole life, that is not how you manage a situation like this. I proceeded to take my business to another local UPS store to get $400 worth of printing done. I will never go back to this store and I recommend no one does. The owners pretend to be customer service focused but they certainly don’t know how to manage their business. They are also charging more per copy than the other UPSstore!!!

Exceptional customer service—super efficient and professional. Matt, the owner, runs the best UPS Store ever, and my team and I are always happy with the work product and shipping prowess. When our printers and scanners break down, we head to the UPS Store (Store 4210) on Dunlap. Anna, Isaac, and Ilya have all been helpful for any copying or scanning project—or shipping assignment—we bring them. Customers will instantly see the pride in the store that Matt and his staff have.
