My family comes here often and have always received positive interactions with the employee's. It is easy to leave a bad review for one negative experience like I see from the customers. I'd like to challenge patrons to leave a positive review if they have been to this store over five times with no issues.

I had the best experience at this UPS location today! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed getting my tax documents ready for mailing, but Debbie helped me and was a total lifesaver. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. Such a sweet soul—she definitely deserves a raise for the amazing service she provides!

I utilize this store frequently and it is always busy. The ladies working there are always kind to me and always willing to help. I think if more people with negative comments were a little more friendly and kind they too would have a great experience.

The worst experience, I don't recommend it at all. I sent a phone to my son that never arrived, and when I filed a claim, they only reimbursed me less than half of the cost because, according to them, I hadn't insured it. In short, I lost my money, which I'm still paying for, and my son was left without a phone. Worst of all, nobody takes responsibility for what cost me so much hard work and sacrifice.

This the worst UPS. My husband went to send an item the lady at the counter said she couldn’t do it. We have gone to others UPS in Cottonwood and the staff are very helpful. We will never go to this UPS Store.
