All of the people at this store location help by getting things done easily and quickly, ranging from making returns and shipping packages to my loved ones. They make print copies of files that I need in a snap as well. I appreciate the most well staffed at this very location at store #5340 @ the north side of the plaza on 19th Ave and Northern . I just love how they also have LGBTQ friendly peeps.

Had such a great experience at the grand reopening of The UPS Store! The store looked amazing, everything was organized and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. You can tell how much hard work and care the new owner Dipa Patel put into reopening this location. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the event feel really special. Excited to have this business in the community and definitely recommend stopping by for your shipping, printing, and mailbox needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star service all the way! Tiff Employee#: 288176 went above and beyond to make my UPS experience smooth and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to get such excellent customer service these days, and Tiffany truly delivered. If you’re visiting this UPS location, you’re in great hands with her. Highly recommend!

Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this UPS location. I dropped off a package that was initially rejected because it was a reused box that previously had alcohol branding on it. I was told I needed to cover any indication that it had been an alcohol box, so I took it home, covered everything up, and brought it back. I later found out (8 days later) the package had been sitting there the entire time and was never shipped out. No one called me, no one notified me, and no employee mentioned there was still supposedly an issue with the box. When I came back and asked why it hadn’t moved, they again claimed it was because it was an alcohol box, but when I asked them to show me where on the box it still indicated that, they couldn’t. To make it worse, the person who appeared to be the manager (and who's was initially handed the package) was defensive, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude when I confronted her about the issue. Instead of taking accountability or even trying to help, she acted irritated and dismissive. This caused an unnecessary delay for my customer and made me look bad as a seller, even though I had dropped the package off on time. I ended up taking the package back and dropping it off at another UPS location, where it was accepted with no issues!!! This employee/manager would not give me her name, which is against their company policy. UPS corporate is aware of the incident and will be following up as well. I would not trust this location with important shipments again.

I am a reseller I use third party places to sale my stuff nov 15 around 4-5 my bf took A package into this location to be shipped out which was already bagged and had a shipping label on it. It was for the USPS but the lady informed him that the package could be left there and they would take it. The package never updated and the items never got to the person that was buying them and now over a month and a week later the label has now been refunded, and the items are missing. and the USPS will not do anything about the situation because I left the items with the UPS. They said that probably seem to do UPS knew what was on the package because it’s a custom paper that was on the outside that says what was inside purses with a high value, and the UPS will not give me any footage of that day for proof that the package was dropped off, and the worker placed them in the bin or that the USPS picked up from their location. So I Believe yes, Doctor worker took the package and the UPS is refusing to do anything about it. There’s two guys Ivy and Ben that are normally always in there. I’ve never met the female my boyfriend is the only one that walked in with the package because it was raining outside and now it looks like I’m scamming her out of these items and would be out money and the items that I sold because a person that was dishonest at this location, a female that worked on Saturday towards the end of the night around 3 to 5 PM don’t trust your packages here there not safe And after they’re in their care, they will not do anything about it. All I asked to be able to see the footage, and they refuse.
