The one Star is for Location. Employee messed up my finger print card for fingerprint clearance. I took the rejection letter from State to store… clearly indicating it was technician error. The Manager wanted me to pay them for another fingerprint card. Their Error…. my inconvenience and you want more money. Get Real!!! . A sincere apology and reversing your mistake would have been the right thing to do. Poor Review is a must because you do not understand taking accountability for your mistakes. Other Customers get to know.

Store was dirty. Looks like the entry door glass has never been cleaned. The tape they sell is really bad. Had to re tape all my boxes before I could ship them.

Couldn't be there in person to set up my mailbox. CJ did awesome, telling me exactly what I needed. Although he was super helpful, the store was very busy so I did have to hold for quite some time. But the employees there were helpful and kind on the phone and did what they could to help. Thank you!!!

The staff at this UPS Store are incredibly kind, helpful, and always make me feel welcome. They go out of their way to ensure every customer is taken care of with patience and care. It’s clear they genuinely value their customers, and it makes every visit a great experience.

They seem to hire the youngest, most entitled kids they can find at this location. There is one kid in particular, who has a real attitude problem. I went in there to ask if I could print some documents from my USB stick, and instead of simply pointing to the copier and inviting me to use it, he began interrogating me about what the documents were called. When I told him I didn't have all the file names memorized, he simply continued his aggressive interrogation. I was getting ready to walk out of the store and go to Fedex, when he finally relented and begrudgingly walked me over to the copier, which was self-explanatory to use, so I did not require his special brand of "customer service". As I began to print my documents, he walked back behind the counter and said to the other young girl working there, “I can tell this is going to be a long day.” Needless to say, I have not patronized this store since then.
