Whomever the new manager is, is a joke! I’ve had a mailbox here for almost 9 years. Apparently my payment came due to revenue. Not knowing, as I hadn’t gone in a while. The manager returned my mail and UPS shipment waiting for me to pick up, and closed my account without ever calling me. A phone call to me would have taken care of the renewal payment. Horrible business practices here! I recommended staying far away from them.

I haven’t had a single good experience at this location and will no longer come here. Every time the service has been slow, and the employees have been curt and unhelpful. One time I needed to print a label for a package, and they wanted to charge $7 to print it out. The most recent example, I had an Amazon drop off that they refused to take saying it needed to be boxed by the customer when I had repacked it in the same box that it was shipped in to me. Disappointing service and multiple poor experiences.

I have been shipping expensive guitars and amps here for a few years now. They have packed every piece with care. It’s arrived safely. They’re all friendly and the manager is on point. Thanks guys!

Kim consistently provides exceptional service. She not only assists me with returns but also takes the extra step of writing item names next to the tracking numbers because she knows I have vision difficulties. Her care and attention to my needs are greatly appreciated.She is one of the reasons that i will continue my business here

Read first: Is not a corporate UPS. Charges extra for everything and will not honor ups things such as if you have a prepaid label- they charge you a fee to drop off with a prepaid label lol. Such a joke
