Great location! This store was clean, smelled nice and was very efficient. Hector helped me send a package and was quick and friendly. This will be my preferred site from now on!

They lost my package, and the two managers were extremely rude. They spoke to my sister while I was on the phone with her, and one of them literally shouted that our package was lost and that they “couldn’t do anything.” Completely unprofessional.

They were polite and got me done quickly. There was no line and she even offered to tape up my box, because I couldn't close it all the way. They were very helpful

I returned 3 similar items. Each box had a shipping label. They charged $9 for one return, $3 for another return, and did not charge anything for the other return. I understand that they are not getting much from "customers" who just return items, but the service was inconsistent and did not leave a good impression. I will avoid this store in the future.

Been dealing with this establishment for over a decade and have always had a delightful and friendly experience. In my judgement all the employees are component, trustworthy professionals.
