Did an Amazon return and they charged $4.99 to print the Amazon label. Other locations do not do this. Will not be going back

Honestly, just avoid going to this UPS Store location as it's just not worth the hassle, staff have a bad attitude and so unhelpful !!!

Printing one page self service $3 plus 0.30 per black or 0.60 per color. and you need a usb. Or with them directly at the desk no usb you can email it for $3.99 PLUS 0.60 per color copy Save time, money, and better quality at staples tbh. Or a local library Paid $5 total for ONE colored copy. That’s out of pocket.

Despite giving 5 stars I only have one issue. The staff at this location are amazing! Despite having to deal with their manager Jaime the way he talks to and treats his employees it's amazing that he still has people willing to work here. The owner should look into removing him from his post as he doesn't seem to enjoy leading his team.
