My packaged said delivered to this exact location and “Carlos” was the employee who received the package and when I called to pick up they’re saying my package isn’t in the system. Unbelievable. I had to go through claims for them to “find” my package.

I made an appointment online at 9 am for notoray services Got confirmation, when I got there the man said the notoray lady wasn't there and that she would show up at 10 a.m. I have brain cancer and my time is limited just to get a advance directive signed. I got there by 10:15 and noticed she was pregnant so I think she thinks she can get a pass for being late, but as a person I bet she isn't late to her doctor appointment follow ups. I didn't get a discount or apology, I can't walk and my headache quick in when I'm stressed. At least an apology or free copy printing would have been better, but no in the last days of mt life I was still charged $21. Please get someone punctual

💯 % times much better than the competition around the corner. I was not overprice, overpaid. The person over the counter was professional and helpful. Polite person who helped everyone in the room. This is my first time here and am coming back for all my business mailing services; thanks for the help and great experience! Quick and easy, easy and fast. Thanks a bunch!!!
