I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store! I was shipping a package to a client, & the team went above and beyond. Kent, the retail associate, took his time to help me with every detail! finding the right shipping option, ensuring the best cost, and making the whole process smooth. There was also a wonderful lady (I didn’t catch her name, but she was an Indian lady) who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. I didn’t even have to ask much(maybe I did lol) they just took care of everything with excellent customer service. Truly a great team!

Kenny at the Promenade Garden Grove store,was very helpful— I needed copies made ( some of pictures I had) and then I needed to send a Fax with a confirmation of receipt. Kenny was very courteous explaining what he was doing and he informed me of any charges right up front. I am very grateful for All his help, as I am at a loss. Thank you Kenny very much.

I went in to this store today and was greeted by a beautiful and warm smile by Jolie. She helped me with my dropoff. The service was so good. I didn't want to leave! I will definitely be back just to see her. Excellent customer service! 1,000,000/10!

Jolie was exceptional.wish I could bottle her up and take her home lol. But really customer service is impeccable. My go to for all shipping needs keep up the great work guys and gals.

I’ve been in the store many times and the customer service is always outstanding and so friendly. I was shipping a box for the very first time. Brian was so patient and kind explaining the process of what I needed to do. I know if I had been at any other store, the person would’ve lost their patience as I tried to explain and get everything together. I just wanted to give a special shout out to Brian for being the excellent employee that he is.
