I picked this as my favorite store even though they're about to closest they always provide a good customer service. The manager it's serious but,he's really nice.for Amazon,Shein, ect. Thanks guys for such a good customer service.💯recommend 👍

We came for notary, the reps took forever. The associate with the short black hair and glasses needs to stop talking so much. After making it to the counter, they told us to step aside and wait even more. We ended up walking out and going across the street for our notary needs.

I work in retail, so I understand how challenging it can be to work with clients all day. But as a customer, what I experienced today was absolutely the worst interaction I ever had with an associate. As I was waiting in line, minding my business, girl with black hair : she is short, medium build ( she might be new I never saw her before) YELLED at me in front of all the customers to GET OUT of line if I have amazon return. That I can just scan it myself. I couldnt understand her well, so I asked her to repeat it please where she yelled at me again. I felt so humiliated. I will never come back to this location again. You need to be ashamed of your workers and who ever is a manager needs to work on his training and hiring skills. Worst experience I ever had in any business. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

I went to this location today for shipping something big. People work here were really nice. Everybody were nice. I could not get the name of every one but one person helped me professionally was Daniel. She was a quick worker and very professional and kind. I am so satisfied with their work and I will go this location again.

Worst experience with a PO box. I opened the box with expectations of moving locally and paid in advance. I received a call from an associate saying I needed to submit some paperwork. I ask the associate or my current situation and that I am unable to get the paperwork and will not be getting it due to having to move from the state. She said they needed it in order for me to keep my box. I called and spoke to the manager and advised I will need a refund considering I will not have the paperwork needed by them to keep the box. They are now refusing to pro rate or reimburse. To make matters worse all the mail that was supposed to be delivered there has not been received including important documents credit cards ect. Stay away Update : owners refuse to give me the contact information to the corporate office. States will call the office in 2 weeks to ask. Not a reasonable response time. In clear breach of contract by opening a box for me without all of the appropriate items needed
