The convenience of having a UPS store at a hotel is overshadowed by the fact that they charge a drop off fee. I understand having small store with lack of space but $10 for up to a 20 lb package seems a little ridiculous when I've only paid $12 for the shipping label. Other than that, it's a great little store! Super friendly staff and very convenient!

They will hold your deliveries hostage for the Westin hotel. I had food delivered to my hotel and somehow it ended up here, and they demanded a $10 fee, absolutely not; such a scam.

I went in to make copies. Brian helped us, he was super polite and provided great customer service. We just needed 2 copies and they made the copies on the house! exceptional customer service. We asked if they could validate our parking and they were accommodating. I don't think they advertise that, it's always great to ask.

Had a lot to print out for a court case. The guys were super helpful, patient, and let me get my paperwork organized which took about an hour. Appreciate it!

they charge a ton of money just to drop off a package! they like to charge random "extra fees" for no reason! this place is a scam! go to the other one down the street.
