Mariah is always so sweet and professional but that guy with the glasses is the complete opposite, and unfortunately I see him more than her. It’s like he hates his job. At first I thought maybe he was having a bad day but every interaction I’ve had with him he’s always rude.

somehow my husbands package was STOLEN! It was getting shipped to his work and got held at this location. Some random person came in and gave the tracking number and it was released to them WITH NO ID to confirm the correct person or anything. Then when my husband went to file a claim, they just said “sorry there’s nothing we can do for you, contact the business you bought your stuff from” Just incredibly unfortunate for The UPS store not to take any accountability when it wasn’t the business who he bought the stuff from fault nor the customers fault. Could have been avoided if checked for ID. The package was $700 worth of stuff that was STOLEN!

The process was easy and the employee was friendly. They were able to get the information that he needed to ship. It was busy and they were able to take care of us in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service Most awkward interaction I’ve ever had in my life. The man with a bowl haircut and glasses literally doesn’t say a word very rude and unprofessional. Would give 0 stars

Good service here every time I need to pick up something from Amazon since I'm from a small place within the County.
