The people who work here are usually fast and do their work fairly fast.. however I would give them four stars if they had a better attitude when dealing with customers. Every time I go there it's different people but the bad attitude is the same... it is almost as if they are on the defensive all the time... I still hope against hope that it will be different all the time but it just does not change.

I usually don’t come to this location due to how rude their Manager Marina usually is when I come in. The other day I was in a hurry, just wanted to stop by to do a quick Amazon return… I walked in, got welcomed by a very Nice young man working. I had walked up to the lady there Gabriella who is suppose to be the “supervisor”And she just looked at me with a dirty look and no welcome, so I didn’t even wanna bother with her. I proceeded my way over to the young gentleman He said his name was Christian. He greeted me with a smile and a polite welcome and helped me with a quick return was in and out of there. Need more workers like him there.

I went into the store around 5:30 last night to return something I had ordered. The company sent me a QR code. I couldn't find it. The girl.who was helping me said to let her know when I found it. Reasonable, because I'm not trying to hold up the line. Anyway their was another associate who was nearby who heard the conversation. His name is Joe. He asked if he could look at my phone to see if he could find the QR code. He did. He spent about two minutes trying to nail down which order it was, because their were several. He was able to match up the numbers and complete the transaction for me. Joe saved me from having to go home and spending an hour trying to find this then coming all the way back to the store. Joe is a dream employee if I've ever seen. I spent decades in retail and I can tell you that he is definitely the definition of the perfect employee. After being in retail for so long I walk into a store can tell who is there and wants to help customers and those who are there merely for a paycheck.

I had an appointment here to do a live scan. It let me book the appointment online yesterday. I called to ask if they would need my birth certificate, and instead I was told "we are remodeling and our livescan is down". For those of you who don't know, all alive scan needs is a laptop and a small square machine. This is the second UPS location I have run across where there is nothing but inconvenience. Seems to me the UPS stores have gone completely south since COVID.

I recently visited this UPS Store and had a great experience! The employee #142666 was extremely friendly and attentive, making the shipping process quick and easy. I did not feel like a customer for rather Family, she answered all my questions and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing shipping or printing services!
