Anytime I have a printing project this store is my go to for anything I need timely. I have dealt with all the professional staff, but Jessica in particular is amazing. Great customer service skills, attention to detail and great insights as to what products to use to make my printing projects turn out the best. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when I do they are meaningful.

This location is just great. I had a printing situation to get done and Meagan and her team really came through. She spent time with me discussing my project and gave me options that worked terrific. This is a high volume store and they are so efficient and consistent in their excellent customer service. Special thanks and appreciation to Meagan for working with me. Wonderful teamwork! Thank you

Jasmine was amazing helping with our Amazon Return. She went above and beyond and gave my son a Halloween spider ring which was so nice!! Thank you Jasmine and UPS for always doing a great job for our family! :))). Our UPS driver is also incredible! UPS for the win!!!

I visit this UPS location often in the mornings to do Amazon returns. Unfortunately, my repeated interactions with an employee named Brie have consistently been unpleasant. She is often rude and dismissive, especially when customers choose not to use the self-service kiosk machines. Each time I visit, she pushes customers to use the kiosks. I have politely explained that I’m not comfortable using the machines and that I don’t mind waiting in line, yet this seems to bother her and affects how she treats people who prefer in-person service. On one visit, there was a hard-of-hearing customer who also said they preferred to wait in line because they did not know how to use the kiosk. Brie responded very rudely by saying, “There are instructions,” rather than offering assistance or showing patience. That interaction was uncomfortable to witness and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. This is not an isolated incident—this behavior has happened multiple times. A positive and respectful attitude is important in customer service, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. Because of this, I will be using a different UPS location moving forward. I hope management addresses this so all customers feel respected and accommodated.
