Package was dropped off there on Friday and here it is Wednesday and the tracking says it is still sitting at their store. Tried calling and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back 3 times and no one ever answered. Find another store to ship your packages through, that puts a higher value on customer service. Called one final time before posting this. The girl that answered was rude and insisted that it was not her tracking number since it didnt start with a "1Z" after explaining that was the number provided at drop off, she finally decided to look it up. Low and behold, it was as I stated. She informed me that there was no such package at her office and to call customer service, who could give me the real status. I called UPS customer service and they stated it is still at the store. Now going through the claims process to have them find it. Will be filing a complaint with UPS regarding this store as well.

I have my packages dropped here since most require signatures upon delivery. Even with a line they get people in and out. Workers are friendly and helpful

I forgot I went because it was so easy ..the UPS employee did the whole return on MY phone .. very helpful and courteous! Real customer service!

Girls who are in there are always kind but new guy who works there is a complete jerk. He treated me as if I never returned something back to Amazon and then gave me Amazon’s return number I told him yes and thanked him for the number he completely ignored me and called forward the next customer in line.

Very pleasant experience. I came in to do an Amazon return, Paola was very sweet & helpful in providing me with a quote prior to coming in. I was greeted upon entering the store -- Sam and Jessalyn both assisted with the return, making it a quick & easy transaction. I also APPRECIATED the help in getting the box from my vehicle as it was a pretty big box. ALL three were very genuine, professional and friendly -- thank you ladies!!!
