This place has great and friendly staff. They also offer notary services which is great too. They also have parking available behind them on Wilshire and Oxford. It’s located next to the CVS parking lot. You just have to take the ramp that goes underground and make a left and you’re there. Then after that, you just have to take the elevator up to street level and walk down Western towards 6th street. They have a little sign that directs you to their store. They also validate your parking with your license plate number so just make sure you take a picture of your license plate or write it down on your phone.

This isn’t a review specifically for this location but just in general for UPS. I had a package sent to my apt and the driver left it inside an Amazon locker/ hub locker. He didn’t leave a code or email that it was delivered. I did everything and called customer service they were just like “can’t provide you with a code.” I tried tracking it and using the app and that was not helpful. Then the sender resent another package and they left it inside the locker AGAIN! I’m just so frustrated and confused because how did the driver put it inside the locker if he needed a code. Then they say that the second package was delivered to a different address and I’m just like well can you help me with that. Nope 👎🏻 . Im just so sick and tried. I filed a claim I called customer service, I used the app and the app is so not helpful. Why can’t they just give me the code already or at least do sth on their end because they made a mistake. I think at this point I’m just traumatized because this has never happened with other packages from UPS.

The driver attempt to deliver my package only 1 time, no second attempt and they expect me to pickup to this location which is hard to find a parking. Big no, no for me. I have to call the shipper not to use UPS.

He was rude and did not provide any assistance to resolve my issues. He did not greet me. I’m gonna ask him. Where is your name tag he did not have his name tag on his shirt. Very unprofessional of UPS.

The customer service was courteous and swift. The customer service associate (I think his name was Charles) noticed that I was struggling because my 3 year old son was getting restless and running around the store, so he gave him a little bit of bubble wrap to play with. Thank you Charles for your attentiveness and kindness!
