This UPS store has always been a pleasure doing business with. The employee's are usually working very hard to accommodate many customers and they still have a pleasant attitude. I've shipped stuff, sent stuff back to Amazon, and have had stuff printed here. I'm glad they are in my neighborhood.

Usually I have great service and I love the people who work there but there is one employee who always has an attitude/is passive aggressive. I couldn't catch his name but he is a bald, black, young-ish male. He always has a rude or passive aggressive tone when I've asked for help with something. I am giving three stars for the other employees there and their excellent service but that one employee seems like he hates his job.

There have been few occasions where I have been provided better service when it was desperately needed. I got stuck at KP Sunset and needed to draft my Medical Directives. The staff made sure my documents got picked up and delivered before payment. My UPS Heroes! Thank you for caring and delivering beyond expectations

Amazing service at this location. Ann the most helpful positive, always with a smile, really appreciate. How helpful she is. And Sal the manager always Very helpful with everything I've been going to this location specifically because of this great team. Everybody's super nice super helpful at this UPS location.

This is my favorite location, those guys are the best crew, going above and beyond for customers 😁 And! They are open now on Sundays and early hours. Super location!
