I hit the UPS Larchmont store with a blisteringly short notice request for some table signage for two very high profile events for my company. In less than 24 hours from sending them the files, the signs were ready, and they were absolutely beautiful! While I'm very happy the price point landed where it did, I honestly would have paid significantly more once I saw the final products. Michael was an exceptionally good communicator and during his own QC realized that the files weren't the correct size. Rather than just printing them as I'd sent them, he reached out and asked if he could resize them for me. Amazing! And then when I picked them up, despite the store being quite busy, CJ and the team were so kind and positive and wished me good luck with my events! I realize that once the products leave the store, the team there probably don't ever get to see how they are used, so I've attached a few photos so you can see the quality. I'm so grateful to the team there for their reliability, attention to detail, and customer focus. I will absolutely use them again when I'm back in LA!

I visit a lot of UPS locations, and this one is easily one of the best in Los Angeles. The team here is consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. You can tell they work hard in a high-volume environment, but they never let that affect their attitude or level of service. They really go above and beyond. Management did a great job hiring this team! Thank you!

I frequent this The UPS Store location for both drop-offs and print jobs, and I consistently have a great experience. The staff is always helpful, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. CJ and Karen, in particular, go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need. They’re efficient, friendly, and make every trip quick and stress-free. It’s clear they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!

CJ was so nice to chat with and made our visit so pleasant. Had us in and out within ~3 minutes! I’ve never had a better experience. Will absolutely visit again and hope that CJ is there to help me out!

I rent a mailbox at this UPS Store location so I’ve been coming here regularly for the last 3 year. The staff here are incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. Huge shoutout to Karen and every single one of the guys who have to deal with so many packages and volume all the time yet still manage to give amazing customer service through it all. So grateful to all of them.
