I am very happy to have chosen UPS Store 4672 as the service was excellent. My calls were answered promptly and I was given an estimate within 24 hours. My package was picked up from an auction house and packaged and sent to me within 48 hours. Ed one of the owners was very helpful and I would recommend this UPS Store 150%. Zak was extremely helpful with everything I needed at UPS! I had a lot of documents to ship and organize and he was very patient and kind throughout the whole process.

an associate at this store scammed my friend out of money, and when we called to ask about it they hung up on us. for anyone reading this, if you come into a UPS Store with a prepaid label—you are allowed to print it and use it, you do not have to buy an entire new label just to ship your item. there is no excuse for them refusing to use a perfectly good label that was created WITH UPS just so that they can make money off of you buying a new one.
