Hands down the best UPS Store in the area. They totally saved me. Being open until 8:30 PM is rare and made such a huge difference for me. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, and they made the whole process quick and easy. I’m really grateful for their great service. Definitely recommend this location, but it's a bit tricky to find a parking spot around the area

This UPS is always busy in the afternoons. Today it was especially busy with a line out the door, but Hansy at the desk (the only one working there today btw) was efficient, professional, and kept the line moving fast. 5 stars for the service, but they need more support for their staff.

The best customer service ever….also so on point absolutely fabulous in the area of professionalism. Absolutely the best UPS store…the staff always very welcoming and eager to help with questions and packaging….always splendid and fabulous staff headed by their super mega absolutely outstandingly fabulous manager Nigel………Hats off to you all….well done.

Convenient for drop off items & returns. The staff is always friendly and attentive and I never have to wait longer than a couple minutes for service - often no wait at all. They always ask if I want a receipt.

It is my favorite UPS Store. Everything is well organized, fast, and efficient. The employees are responsible, helpful, and always able to resolve any issues with packages. They take great care with the delivery process. I highly recommend this location.
