Stopped by this neighborhood The UPS Store recently and had such a smooth experience. Before I even made it fully inside, the team noticed me pulling up and greeted me right at the door. They quickly took my packages, scanned everything for me, and had me on my way in minutes. That kind of door-to-door customer service really stood out and made the whole process feel easy and efficient. You can definitely feel the difference in the level of attentiveness and professionalism. Great experience overall!

Came in right as they opened today and tried to drop off around 200 prepaid packages. I told the woman working I don’t need a receipt and she told me that I can scan them at the self-serve kiosk. I said I don’t need a receipt I just need to drop them off, and she insisted that I had to scan them in myself. Which is weird, because last time I checked, I don’t work at UPS, she does. I work for a small business and I drop off this amount of packages at a UPS store nearly every day, and have never had a problem. I actually know that it’s not a problem, because the same woman has said this to me before while she was working with another coworker and the coworker corrected her and told her that they would do it if I just left them. I ended up driving five minutes away and using a different UPS location who gladly accepted my packages and let me drop them off without telling me that I needed to stand there for 30 minutes and scan them all myself. Something that they get paid to do?

I had a great experience thanks to Jocelyn, the notary. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve visited other UPS stores before and the service was often rude, but Jocelyn was kind, professional, and very efficient. She made the process quick and easy. I truly appreciate her help and will definitely be coming back!
