They damaged my rare tenor Eastwood guitar even after I had packed it well and marked FRAGILE all over it. Before it reached the destination, for about 5 days there was no indication of any tracking movement. I had to contact customer service several times. Initially, they declined my claim indicating that I had not paid insurance. I informed them that since I paid for shipping, they had a basic standard of care to ship the item regardless of insurance because they were paid to perform a service with reasonable care. At first UPS only offered me $100 in damages but after I informed them I would sue, UPS fully reimbursed me.

This UPS store was the only one how would help me pack and ship 6 fragile mirrored pedestal. Yoo-Mi was extremely helpful in personally packing all the pedestals safely and secure to ship out. Her and her team were very kind and understanding. Definitely the best UPS store I’ve been to in LA.

The best location in Los Angeles to get your shipping done. From the owner of the location and even his own employees show my and Tean i respect with A1 family service everything. All my packages have made it to their destination. I only trust this location with my most important packages.

Totally waited late beyond closing hours for me tonight so I could pick up copies of my resume to begin getting it out there right away. On the phone, Cesar was helpful and courteous, as was, Kim, one of the store’s owners (it is a husband/wife duo). Not once did I feel as though it was complete burden for them to remain open a few extra minutes (it was about 13 min) for me to arrive. I’m sure that they were all 3 aware of my excitement that they were still open (this was before 9pm on the phone), and the urgency pressing in my voice. It is obvious that they are all of intuitive nature as they easily picked up on those cues of mine. How refreshing it is to cross paths with others who are “on the same page”! Thank you!

Exceptional service every time 100% Cesar & Trevor go above & beyond! Recommend this location always and wouldn’t go to another location!
