Even when Store 7752 has been super busy, all the workers stay calm, relaxed and get the job done. I’ve even seen them deal with difficult customers with so much grace and patience. They give phenomenal service! Parking has never been an issue for me, so it’s always an easy visit at this store.

You know when you just moved to a new city and oftentimes you need to print stuff and mail to people, and one of the places you go many times—and you just moved!—anyways, I come here for the second time, different services and staff, and always top-notch customer service. I had two great experiences at this store simply printing and mailing stuff. Thanks!!

Your employee Sergio at Store #7522. He was alone this morning and on the phone with a customer who had an immense printing job. He was extremely patient and helpful with my business. I’m an older gentleman who is not very tech savvy and he took the time to show me what I needed to do to help him do his job to solve my problem. You have a very good employee in Sergio. Thank you

I had a disappointing experience at this UPS location. I came in requesting a full pack-and-ship service for a shipment of books—nothing complicated—but the associate assisting me (Myra) made it feel like my request was an inconvenience. Throughout the interaction, her attitude came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. What made matters worse was that she took two personal phone calls while assisting me, leaving me waiting at the counter until she finished her conversations. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I understand that everyone has off days, but customer service should still remain a priority—especially when customers are paying for a full-service experience. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store overall.

This is the only UPS store id recommend in LA. My daughter had such complicated request for a European passport. John and his team went above and beyond to assist us. Very grateful and impressed by each and everyone one of the employees. Very helpful. Thank you so much.
