UPS Access Point location

Waited in a long line.. all for them to tell me that it's not a dropoff point... it clearly says "pick up and DROPOFF" ON THE SIGN RIGHT AT THEIR DOOR

First time visiting, and doing an envelope drop-off with preprinted label. Enter from parking lot entrance you would see a UPS window sticker to the right of door entrance. Inside, no indication of UPS location. Had to ask CVS team member. Location is most right of all checkout registers. To have assistance, get in normal cvs checkout line. Fortunately a short wait. One, avoid periods during peak time. If that is the case. Two, wish a drop box exist. Since mine was just and envelope.

Did not know it’s a drop off point INSIDE of CBS. Wish they had a sign outside that would’ve been helpful. I circled around and around to the point of craziness before I saw someone posted a pic of CVS (thank god). 🙄

The employees at this location are always nice and friendly and very respectable they try and get you in and out as fast as I can so the line is always very small even when it's been eight people only took about 5 minutes for me to get helped

Pretty clean location for the most part. Lots of homeless around the area and not many workers so expect to wait at the UPS Counter for a couple minutes before someone helps you. (it’s located on the far left of the entrance)
