I was there to drop off a ups package. Unfortunately, the front desk didn’t accept the package. After that the supervisor said due to the manager policy we can accept the small box and letters. I asked him about the policy and size or check with the manger.

What's the point of having a UPS DROP OFF if they don't take all ups boxes

I've used this UPS Access Point for about 3 years. The customer rep has always been friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

I wanted to drop a UPS package. I took my package to the CVS store. The positive side is, you can use CVS store free parking which has lots of space. The first negative side is you have to stay in the line with CVS customers. There is no separate line. The second negative point is the CVS will not provide any paper receipt. You can give an option for text or email type receipt. If you get the receipt by text message or email, you are fine. However if you do not receive anything, you do not have any proof that you have gave the package to UPS.

I dropped off a package here on Sunday and paid for 2 day shipping, i had sent out two and one of them is delivered and the other one doesn’t have an update on the tracking number.. it’s Wednesday. I’m so stressed because i sold important tickets for over 400$ and they might not get there on time..
