I’ve been a customer of this location for approximately a year and I’ve had a great experience each time. Today is no exception! As soon as my husband and I walked into this UPS Store we were greeted by Param with a warm welcome as he was helping another customer. I feel like that sets the tone for anyone's visit whether that is entering into a restaurant, a retail store, or a UPS Store. I complimented him on how good the store smelled. He told me it was febreeze plug in, but I should have asked which scent! Param was very friendly, quick and efficient. It was a short interaction but it was one worth mentioning.

Param gave great customer service. He answered my questions before I arrived and had the laminate machine on to quickly laminate two items I needed laminated before I caught a flight out of Sacramento. He made my day!! Kudos to Param!!!

Param is always so polite every time I come in the store I ship quite often out of that store. I cannot say enough, how polite he is to all customers that come in there. I would give him a 10 all of the time if you have a question he he always has an answer and always has a smile on his face and says hello as people walk in the door. I highly recommend people to go to that UPS store.
