I paid $350 in January 2026 to ship a package (earrings) to India. It is May 2026 and my package still has not been delivered. Despite me having provided the store with a copy of my recipient’s passport and their local contact info, to date they don’t respond and no further assistance has been provided other than telling me a month ago they needed the local contact info which I promptly provided. I’ve written them weekly asking for follow up, and nothing. Don’t use UPS or this store because you could be charged for a package delivery that doesn’t happen and no assistance on what to do to move the needle. Even when I asked them to simply return my package, still nothing. Not even when I advised them I would pursue legal action to try and obtain financial relief, still nothing. That’s what you can expect from UPS and this store.

Store hours are great. The young assistant was very helpful and took care of my return to Amazon quickly and efficiently

The store seems to never have internet so they are unable to provide critical services. They also never answer the phone to see if their internet is back online. Employees are also aggravated for no reason.

Called in for a question about shipping and tariff. A representative answered right away and was friendly clear and patient. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I am also glad when I called it was not an automated AI system.

The customer in front of me was trying to look for her receipt on her phone and didn't have her merchandised boxed ready to be shipped off. He helped me, by scanning my box, and provided me my receipt. Excellent customer service. Will continue to go to this store.
