I usually have good experiences at this UPS location, especially with the evening staff, who are normally welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, one employee in particular has made multiple visits uncomfortable. The employee I am referring to is a white male with dark brown hair and I’m sure it’s the same guy majority of the reviews mentioned. When you walk in with Amazon return packages, he immediately yells at customers to use the self-service kiosk — even when they are already heading there. During one visit, I also had a separate high-value return that required counter service. I asked him multiple times just to sell me a UPS box so I could pack it myself, since the return instructions specifically required double boxing. It took unnecessary effort just to get him to provide the box, even though I was willing to pay for it. He also tried to tell me not to use a second box, even though I would be financially responsible if the item was damaged or rejected. On a different visit in the early morning, when the store was completely empty, I had another unpleasant interaction with him. Even with no customers in line, he still seemed unwilling to help and acted annoyed by basic requests. This contrasts sharply with the rest of the staff at this location, who have always been polite, welcoming, and willing to do their jobs. This rating is for him specifically, not the rest of the staff. If someone clearly does not want to help customers, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. I now always use self-service machine just to avoid dealing with him, while other employees always willing to help with returns on their own even though I usually just head to the machine. Heck if I could also scan regular packages or grab a box and pack on my own I would so I wouldn’t ruin this guy’s day by simply doing his job. Customer service should not feel hostile, especially when customers are simply following return instructions and are willing to pay for proper packaging. Only going to Howe location from now on.

The older gentleman, who seems to be the owner, is not only friendly but also incredibly fast in his work. It’s impressive how he quickly reduces wait times by giving a few instructions to the staff, even when the place gets crowded. They offer notary services, but the available days and hours are fixed, so it’s recommended to call ahead. The prices are somewhat high. If you’re looking for a more affordable option, you could get the notary service here and then send the mail through USPS.

This is the best ups store I've ever gone to! Their commitment to customer service and professionalism is fantastic. I've seen them move so many people through this space, so quickly so efficiently, it's amazing. .As a customer, I greatly appreciate the effort. Thank you

Despite my coming in at a busy time several minutes ago, the employees there were quite helpful in assisting me with getting an important document printed that's related to a rather stressful personal situation for me. It's a high quality business, definitely recommended.
