I scanned an Amazon return nearly a week ago and I received a receipt. Amazon has no record of the package being dropped off at UPS. I tried calling several times today. The worker picked up each time and said she could not hear anything.

Just dropped a package off there. The Gentleman there got me out fast and was friendly! Excellent customer service! No line no wait! This UPS store is Peak level! My new favorite!

Great store! Friendly, Fast, you’re in and out. FYI…. Google maps takes you to the Walmart Store but UPS is across from RC Willy. Right next store to Lee Spa Nails.

This is a fairly new UPS store in the Delta Shores area. They are open seven days a week! Which is a major plus. They offer services such as printing mailboxes, packing shipping notary services shredding, faxing, and scanning. I came here for some Amazon returns. I was in and out super quick. Tons of parking in the parking lot.

Sign said open. Door was locked. I called to confirm if it was open. They said yes. For remained locked. They saw me and did not open the door for me. Last I checked I was a paying customer. I guess it’s a club now and they get to decide who they help.
