Do NOT get your passport photo taken here. I paid $17 for them and the state department rejected the photos for being the wrong size. They do not store copies, and will not address the issue without a receipt. Who saves receipts from a passport photo for several weeks, on the off chance the photos are the wrong size???? You had one job…. Also, they were gruff and kinda rude about it. Snd asked questions like, who helped you? Which amounted to nothing since they refused to help fix their problem. There are lots of better places to take any of your business.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff member who helped me was rude and dismissive,description of her (caucasian lady ,light brown hair,probably age 35-45 years) She is the notary, I came to notarize documents and the way I was spoken to was demeaning and unacceptable. I did not feel treated with basic respect. Her customer service was very unprofessional.She sounds like she hates her job. I would not recommend this store at all. UPS if you can contact me to give you more information would be amazing. Normal people with values and manners like me don’t deserve to be treated like this.

Every single time i go here the lady with the grey haired pony tale always has the snottiest attitude. She treats customers like they are stupid and she is argumentative, to the customers and the other staff. Geeze!! She damn near called me a lier.

I’ve been coming to this UPS for over 7 years. The employees have always been great and welcoming with a smile on their faces for all of those years. However, there’s a new female employee there (middle-aged Caucasian) who sounds like she hates her job. She was rude when I was waiting in line to return an Amazon package.

Honestly the rudest employees ever. I go here to mail things for my company. Never a smile. Super rude. Talk down to you. Leanne is the worst. The chubby lady with brown curly hair is awful, the skinny dark haired guy… they all work in the morning. They act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you or assisting you. I paid over 200 dollars this week to ship items. Never a thank you. Leanne was argumentative about adding the correct address. Apparently she does not know how to abbreviate. Was very snotty and snappish when trying to ask her questions. These people are NOT made for customer service roles. Should be anywhere but a front facing position. Abusive. They could not care less about their customers if they tried. They make you feel like they are somehow doing you a favor by answering your questions. Yesterday four people were behind the counter . One of them was actually working. The other three standing around while I stood in the line for 20 minutes. When the other three could have stepped up to help. Clearly they don’t want to be there. This store has had issues for years. I stopped going there for two years because of the attitude and poor service. I tried again this week. Nothing has changed. It all starts at the top. They obviously have never received basic customer service training. It’s sad. I have used ups stores around the country. None treated me worse than this store. If you like being talked to like you are garbage…..go here. Otherwise go to the one on J street or R street downtown. At least you are treated like a customer there. Ridiculous. All of them should be fired and start over either a new crew. Leanne comes across as the most unhappy person in the store. If you don’t like your job Leanne work someplace else. Do not recommend.
