I had an Amazon return and accidentally selected the wrong store. The gentleman that assisted me was so patient and kind. He walked me through how to change the location and gave me tips for possible future returns. He was very customer service oriented and my visit was very quick and smooth thanks to his help!

Came to do my “Easy” Return of my Frontier equipment. They had no idea how to process it and scanning the QR code did nothing so they were lost. The email literally says returns are easy with UPS Store. Just bring your equipment in and provide the QR code. So either lack of training here or Frontier isn’t as easy as they thought.

Recently had to purchase a poster board for my father's memorial, it came out so beautiful. They worked with me and tried multiple photos out and helped me choose the right one. Wanted to leave them a good review. Placed order this morning and picked up same day! What a relief his.

Very unprofessional trying to upsell to buy their box for a Amazon return that says it must be in a box and it's the box I received it from Amazon in but I can't return it in that box from Amazon 😡 and he tried to sell me a $4 box for $10 return. I will be speaking to management and Amazon about their poor service.
