The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s usually pretty easy to get in and out even if they’re busy. Plus, it’s close to my house and so convenient for Amazon returns.

I love going to the UPS store; it’s how I start my day. When I walk in and am greeted by whoever is working there, my day feels complete. It’s so rare that one store can hire such amazing staff; seriously, when one staff member leaves, it’s so disappointing, but then another wonderful person is hired and another new friendship is developed; it’s my happy place!!!

Immediately upon entering the store, I am always greeted/acknowledged. Team member appear to have a friendly yet professional repoir. Always a pleasure.

Great store for mail, copy, and notary services. They adhere to COVID-19 safety precautions, social distancing, and masks. They processed two shipments for me boxing professionally boxing both. All for a reasonable price. They have mail boxes, copy equipment, and a customer work space. If you find my review helpful, please click the thumbs-up . Thank you.

Michael was very helpful. We expected to pay for tape for the box we needed to buy. He offered to seal our box for free. He was very helpful and polite. Store was very clean too. Very pleasantly surprised!
