I had a very special gift of my Great grandmother's punch bowl that I was sending out east to my daughter in law and they packed it with love. It arrived safe and sound. She commented on how well it was wrapped. Thank you for taking the time and care to be sure it arrived! I can’t thank you enough. ❤️

I came in today (which for future readers is the Monday before thanksgiving) around 4pm to a busy busy busy store. Despite a line and a trainee, the staff were all efficient, polite and fast. When someone arrived demanding two packing slips for two separate packages for their return, they were assisted immediately and professionally. Personally, considering their rude demeanor, I would have made them wait. What I believe was the manager or supervising staff (i apologize, I did not catch his name- he was a tall man with facial hair and a turban) tried explaining that it was one packing slip per QR code, but the customer was not having it- as if it was a UPS issue and not an Amazon issue. I was in a time crunch and had to leave before I saw the resolution, but I just want to say that the staff was excellent and attentive to all of their customers- even the ones who didnt deserve it. Thank you for your hard work this holiday season, and may it be merry and bright for all of you at UPS loehmans plaza!

Very rude front desk Indian/Arabic male staff, I have never seen anyone this rude at UPS before. Very rude, no basic curtesy. the Indian/ Arabic male who was wearing a traditional head scarf wrapped on his head, he’s very rude. There were 2 staff each serving one line, the other line is already occupied by customer but his line was empty, so I went to his line. I was standing right in front of him, I said with a smile:”hello, I’m dropping this off. “ He’s very rude, no greeting, no nothing,he didn’t say a single word to me, he literally just stared at me with a black face. Then after a short while, after the female staff finished with her customer, the female staff besides him served me. This kind of rude people shouldn’t be working at UPS. He is so rude and lazy. When his coworker is already occupied with other customers, he doesn’t even want to serve customers who is standing right in front of him, he should be fired. Very rude, no basic curtesy.

I had a great experience at UPS today. Neha was extremely helpful, professional, and patient, and she made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service! thank you, Neha!

The employees are unhelpful and actively rude. Don't come here unless you're doing the self-service Amazon return. Even then, just go to Save Mart next door for a better experience.
