I had an amazing experience here. Michael was so helpful and kind with all the things I needed done. I did my first notary here and he was so patient with me and really helped the experience go so smooth. This is for sure going to be my go to store.

They seem to have lost my package (never updating that they have package on tracking even though it's been 3 business days) and when I called them about it a guy told me in a very condescending tone that if you have the receipt, you have nothing to worry about. I then asked when should I worry about it and he replied whenever you feel comfortable. Just a very poor customer service. I hope filing a claim won't be too hard but I am not holding my breath

This store is the best in the town .. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. They helped me with packaging and explained everything clearly. Very reliable I’ll definitely come back for future shipping and printing needs. Employee’s were very nice .
