Shout out to the staff who opened back up the doors right after close to scan a QR code and mail something I really needed to go out today! Great customer service and were very relaxed/friendly. Nice to be reminded people will still go out of their way to help in this world

Friendly, fast and efficient staff. Benjamin greeted every customer with a hello and a smile as they walked in. That was so refreshing!! Great store. Not a huge fan of the parking lot though, as it’s at a busy intersection. But, I like to give my business to establishments that make me actually feel like they appreciate my business. Great job Benjamin! He’s probably earning repeat customers for that store.

The team at this store is just awesome! My husband had to get a critical document notarized and sent priority mail to ND, and Ciara worked two hours late to accommodate our schedule!

I have been at the 3555 Rosecrans st location several times for Amazon returns over the last year and a half to two years and I've always received good service. Unlike the Staples across the way ...they were consistently TRASH which is why I started going to the UPS store. And after each and every great experience , I of course , keep returning to the same store. I've had Benjamin help me twice over the last year. So I want to mention him specifically. His helpfulness, his attitude, his SHINE makes it such a positive experience, especially after you've dealt with the parking lot just to get in the store. I also have to comment on the consistency of good customer service I receive at this location. Keep up the great work everybody! 🌞

Nina was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the pricing for packing, insuring and shipping my items well. I was dreading taking care of this after 5 on a Friday but she made it painless.
