The staff is very friendly, but the store is extremely hot and seems like they refused to turn the air-conditioning on for some reason. Today was one of the hottest days we’ve seen in a while and everyone in the store was very uncomfortable. Even the staff was very red and uncomfortable. I recommend turning air conditioning on to make staff and guests feel more comfortable. This is completely unnecessary and health hazard.

The ladies at this location are truly above and beyond. I needed to get two passport photos taken for my toddlers - and I do understand it is not an easy task for the person taking the photo. I initially went to CVS that is located on the same mall. The person there couldnt not careless and said it was not possible to take passport photos of toddlers. I decided to park in front of UPS and ask if they were willing to try. They were very courteous and said yes. Although it was very hard to get them to stand still, they did not give up and we got two perfect shots.

I rented a box from them for a year. I had many Amazon and furniture boxes sent there with no problems. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. The need for the box was only temporary, but I extended the service for another six months due to the convenience.

Bailey did a great job with packaging and shipping a jar of honey I bought as an impulse item. In and out in 5 minutes!

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this UPS Store. I went in and politely explained that I really needed to use the bathroom. The employees told me it was for staff only. I then explained that I have a documented bladder condition and even showed them a letter from my doctor. Instead of treating me with understanding, the employee, Lexi, taunted me by saying, “yeah, show me your letter,” and then still refused to let me use the restroom. This was not only incredibly rude and humiliating, but also a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Denying a reasonable accommodation to someone with a medical condition—especially after mocking them—is unacceptable. The staff’s behavior showed a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and legal responsibility. I left the store feeling demeaned and discriminated against. For anyone considering doing business here, please know that this location not only failed to follow the law, but also treated me with open hostility when I requested the most basic level of dignity. I hope UPS corporate takes immediate action so no other customer with a disability has to endure this kind of mistreatment.
