I've been a regular customer at this UPS Store, but unfortunately, it's consistently fallen short of expectations. Making it one of the most frustrating locations I've experienced. The computer systems are frequently offline, forcing long waits or return visits just to complete basic transactions like shipping or printing. The staff often seem disinterested or rushed, providing minimal assistance and rarely going the extra mile for customer service. Additionally, the store almost never answers the phone, even during business hours, making it impossible to check availability or resolve issues remotely.

Rude associate who asked me to do an Amazon return at the kiosk when I went to the counter. Then as I was doing it, came and told me I was doing it wrong and scanned and bagged them anyway. The only reason I didn't go to the kiosk initially was because it was oversized and I assumed there wouldn't be a big enough bag for the items. You standing next to me while I'm telling you I'm fine and I dont need your help was not you being helpful. Why make me go to the kiosk if you think I'm too stupid to do it on my own? Maybe just process it initially next time.

I’m noticing some negatives about this store but I have had nothing but helpful and friendly service. Sometimes the Amazon computer is down and that’s frustrating but likely not their fault.

VERY UNHAPPY CORONADO RESIDENT! DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE ON ORANGE AVENUE - THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! TWO VERY IMPORTANT EXPRESS ENVELOPES DISAPPEARED FROM THEIR STORE - UPS NEVER RECEIVED THESE FROM THIS STORE. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NO UPDATES ON WHAT HAPPENED. I CAN ONLY BELIEVE THESE TWO ITEMS WERE STOLEN BY SOMEONE AT THIS UPS STORE! VERY UNHAPPY - shipped TWO UPS EXPRESS Envelopes on Friday, October 10th - going to two separate places and they have BOTH just disappeared! Tracking states that labels were made - but UPS has NOT received either envelope. It is now Thursday, October 16th. The day that BOTH Express envelopes were SUPPOSED to be delivered was Tuesday, October 14th and they have NO EXPLANATION for this. They keep telling me to WAIT and see if they turn up - WHERE DID MY ENVELOPES GO? Were they stolen from their store??? How did this happen?? I trusted them with important documents and now these documents have vanished into thin air! The young girl that helped me on Friday was in training and needed help preparing my 2 envelopes for shipping - what did she do with them when I left the store?? This is SO UPSETTING - TWO SHIPMENTS MISSING!!! And they do not seem to care - they say I am being NEGATIVE - unbelievable customer service - no help at all. Will NEVER recommend or ship anything from this UPS Store again. DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE IN CORONADO - YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM.
